Congratulations to our 1st PhD completion Project 1 – Student Andreas Hendlmeier, from Deakin University.
Andrea’s project (P1: Surface Sizing of Carbon Fibres) aimed to characterise the effect of sizing agent formulations on the structural performance and to optimise sizing for thermoplastic composites which are of emerging interest as they are tough and easier to recycle than thermosets.
