Congratulations to our 1st HDR completion Project 9 – Student Pooneh Attar, from RMIT University.
Pooneh’s project (P9: Integrated Energy Storage Structure) aim’s to develop new design concepts for efficient integration of energy storage with load-carrying structures, building on the recent research by CI Wang which has found that rechargeable batteries integrated with fibre-reinforced composite structures remain fully functional when the structures are designed to operate within a certain load range.
Pooneh was Supervisor by:- Prof. Adrian Mouritz, RMIT University, Dr. Joel Galos, RMIT University and Dr. Adam Best, CSIRO.
